What happens to visitor data?
Lead details are processed to deliver the enquiry to your business. We use access controls and publish how data is handled in our Privacy Policy. Paystack handles card details; getknown.ai does not store full card numbers.
How does installation work?
We provide an embed snippet for your website. If you do not want to touch code, the R1,495 white-glove add-on includes installation, a smoke test, and a handoff call.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel renewal at any time. Your service normally continues to the end of the period already paid. Read the full Refunds & cancellations policy.
Is it POPIA compliant?
We design and operate the service with POPIA principles in mind and explain our processing openly. Compliance also depends on how each customer configures and uses the assistant, so customers remain responsible for their own notices, lawful basis, and lead handling.
