What is GetKnown?
A website agent trained on your public site, with a private demo and simple monthly plans.
Where do I manage my bot after I pay?
go.getknown.ai/app — install snippet, greeting, domains, billing, referrals.
Can I turn the chat off?
Yes. Portal → bot settings → disable. Your site snippet can stay; the agent will not answer until you turn it back on.

How do I pay?
Card via Paystack (ZAR). Plans: Starter R395, Growth R795, Pro R1,495 per month. See Refunds.
Who is the merchant?
Invoices come from GetKnown. For company registration details, see Contact. Email [email protected].
Install
Do I need a developer?
Usually no. Paste one script tag. WordPress works with a footer/scripts plugin. Full steps: Install.
Why must I allowlist my domain?
So another website cannot copy your snippet and burn your usage on their traffic.
POPIA & privacy
What personal information does GetKnown process?
Customers (you): account email, billing details via Paystack, business site URL, bot settings.
Visitors on your site: chat messages needed to reply; lead fields they choose to submit; anonymised product analytics (event type, bot id, host). We do not sell personal information.
Do you put chat text into Google Analytics / GTM?
No. Our embed events are designed to exclude message text, names, and emails. You should not add GTM tags that capture chat contents.
Who is the responsible party?
For your website visitors, you (the business) are typically the responsible party. GetKnown runs the platform described in our Privacy Policy and POPIA notice.
What should I tell my visitors?
Update your privacy policy to mention an on-site assistant. Example wording is in the install guide.
Security
Where are API keys kept?
Only on our servers (and payment provider). Never in your page source or browser. Do not paste secrets into GTM.
Is the embed safe to put on HTTPS sites?
Yes. Load https://go.getknown.ai/embed.js only.
